FAQ's

Do I need a pillow case?
No, you don’t need an additional pillowcase. Our pillows are designed with a removable, washable bamboo cover that’s made to be slept on directly.
That said, if you prefer to change up your look, add an extra layer, or simply enjoy the feel of a pillowcase, we also offer matching bamboo pillowcases designed to complement your pillow.
Are the pillows ok for all sleeping positions?
Yes! Doze adapts to the natural alignment of your head, neck and shoulders. Its responsive memory foam provides pressure-distributing support for both back & side sleepers, allowing you to move naturally throughout the night without compromising comfort.
Does bamboo actually keep you cooler?
Not all fibres are made for sleep. Compared with cotton, Bamboo helps manage moisture. Unlike polyester, it allows a more breathable, less stuffy feel. And while silk offers a similarly luxurious finish, bamboo is far easier to care for. The perfect fibre for every night sleeps!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is on us!
When will I get my order?
We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible, aiming for 6-10 days.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know within 14 sleeps to qualify for free returns.
